Ballot Language Ready

The recall effort took a step forward today with the filing of a motion that outlines the ballot language proposed by the prosecutors office. The motion lists five formal charges and summary evidence for each. The judge is asked to approve the motion and allow the citizens of Pacific to vote on the recall of Mayor Sun.
